Every product is hand-poured and unique, so slight differences in appearance may occur.
We aim to keep product descriptions and prices accurate, though occasional errors may happen.
Availability is not guaranteed — some products may sell out or be discontinued without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
Submitting an order means you accept these Terms.
Only online prepaid methods are accepted: debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking.
Orders may be canceled by us if:
Payment is incomplete
A pricing error is detected
Fraudulent activity is suspected
4. Shipping & Delivery
Standard dispatch time is 3–4 working days.
Delivery usually takes 2–3 days within Delhi NCR and 4–5 days across India.
Tracking information will be shared once your package is shipped.
We cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays once the parcel is with the courier.
5. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
As our candles are handmade in small batches, we do not allow returns or refunds for correctly delivered products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you can request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery, following the process outlined in our Return Policy.
Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Regular orders may be canceled only within 12 hours of purchase.
6. Ownership of Content
All designs, images, and branding visible on our website are the intellectual property of Amour Essence by RM.
Reuse of our content without permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability Limitations
We are not responsible for indirect losses such as delay inconveniences, or third-party courier issues.
Our maximum liability will never exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
