Cancellations Before Dispatch

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
• To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@amouressencebyrm.com with your order details.

Cancellations After Dispatch

• Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• For any concerns after delivery, please refer to our Return & Replacement Policy.

Customized Orders

• Custom-made or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
