At Amour Essence by RM, each candle is carefully handmade with soy wax and packaged securely so it reaches you safely and beautifully. We put great effort into maintaining quality and protecting your order during delivery.

No Returns or Refunds

Since our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, we do not provide returns or refunds for items that arrive in good condition and match the order placed.

Replacement / Exchange for Damaged or Wrong Items

If, despite our careful packaging, your order arrives:

• Broken, damaged, or leaking, or
• Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

we will happily replace it or arrange an exchange of equal value.

What You Need to Claim a Replacement

To process your request quickly, we require:

1. Unboxing Video (Compulsory)
   • Video of the sealed package as received.
   • Outer packaging and shipping label clearly visible.
2. Clear Photos
   • Close-up images of the damage or incorrect product.
3. Timely Notification
   • Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How to Raise a Request

Send an email to contact@amouressencebyrm.com with:

• Your order number
• The unboxing video and photographs

Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement or exchange promptly.

Important Information

• Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
• Sale, discounted, or custom-made products are non-replaceable unless damaged in transit.
